An endearing introduction for everybody into the world of music, based on Karla Kuskin’s novel with the same title.
It is still early in the evening. One hundred and five people start to get ready for their work. They take a bath or shower, they comb their hair, powder their noses or shave their chins. They put on underwear or underskirts, white shirts, black trousers or black dresses. And then they pick up large or small cases of various shapes and sizes and travel towards the City. There, they all come together and step onto the stage– their instruments firmly in hand: Meet the male and female musicians of the Staatsorchester Stuttgart.
With Guido Hammesfahr als narrator (well-known as Fritz Fuchs from Löwenzahn, the German TV show for children).
