Preview Club

Be the first to experience our new productions!

The Preview Club is open to people of 16 to 30 years of age.
Preview Club members get free entrance to the opera dress rehearsals, followed by a get-together in the canteen of the Staatstheater Stuttgart.

This is the way it works:

1. Become a member for free and secure your membership card by filling in and returning the application form further down.

2. Participate at the previews via: preview@staatstheater-stuttgart.de

Digging, planting culture, urban gardening

If you fancy to grow your own gardening patch and to care for it, then please get in touch with us!
We provide plants and garden equipment, you bring along your enthusiasm, your garden gloves and your “green thumb”!

Family performances

For selected performances, we offer tickets at 10 € for children and youths under 18 and for all categories in the Opera House. Children and Youths must be accompanied by parents, grandparents or godparents. These tickets will only be sold in combination with at least one adult ticket. A combination of different price categories is not possible unless the seats are next to each other. There will be an introduction for families before all family performances.

Behind the apparent perfect opera performance hides an artistic process we would like to share with you – with workshops, rehearsal visits, follow-up discussions and the developing of new pieces of work. We invite you to join us in order to find out more about opera.
JOiN is looking forward to all of you: Nursery schoolkids, pupils, students, youths, teachers, parents and grandparents – JOiN invites everybody to join us. On this page we offer information for various learning tools.
