The Academy 2030 of the Staatsoper Stuttgart is a forward-looking association of young personalities to question the working world in the current theater business and at the same time to think in a model way for the future. The Academy 2030 forms a bridge between training and professional life and accompanies young professionals in their first steps – be it on or behind the stage, hopefully soon also in the areas of stage direction, music theater mediation and cultural management. It is a platform for lively exchange and a place for networking, while also offering further training and additional qualifications. With the Academy 2030, we are making an important contribution to securing young talent at an excellent level.
