Meet my shrink

An intimate conversation that normally takes place behind closed doors – somewhere between a therapy session, a lecture, and a performance.
Lara (model and sexologist) and Eben (health psychologist and emotion-focused couples therapist) exchange thoughts on projection, desire, vulnerability, sexual self-confidence, and intimacy.
In between, the bossa nova duo FLOWZA creates musical breathing spaces – moments to pause, feel, and process.
The audience is gently invited to participate: small surveys become part of the experience.
Meet My Shrink is a shared exploration – honest, warm, sometimes uncomfortable, sometimes humorous.
For young adults and anyone interested in mental health, self-reflection, and human connection.
The event will be held in English.

Lara Flamme

Lara Flamme has been the online communications officer at the Staatsoper Stuttgart since September 2025, taking over from Paula Stietz, who is on maternity leave. She studied cultural and media education (B.A.) at the Ludwigsburg University of Education and sexology (M.A.) at the Merseburg University of Applied Sciences. Thanks to her mother, who took her behind the scenes and onto the stage at an early age, she still feels a special connection to the opera house today.

Eben Louw

Eben Louw is a health psychologist, specialist counsellor for psychotraumatology, supervisor, systemic therapist and counsellor and couples therapist. He is the founder of "evolve now – systemic supervision, counselling and training" and works as a supervisor, systemic therapist/counsellor, coach and trainer in the training, further education and advanced training of counsellors, among other things.
He is also a lecturers in higher Education. His areas of focus include racism-sensitive counselling and therapy, counselling skills in anti-discrimination counselling, counselling skills in the context of counselling victims of right-wing, racist and anti-Semitic violence, as well as trauma and secondary traumatisation in counselling and social work.
He is co-author of the book “Racism-sensitive counselling and therapy for refugees“. He is also a board member of the Verband der Beratungsstellen für Betroffene rechter, rassistischer und antisemitischer Gewalt e.V. (Association of Counselling Centres for Victims of Right-Wing, Racist and Anti-Semitic Violence).

Flowza

Flowza, that’s the sibling duo Aziza and Florian, who started making music together on the streets in Italy during a vacation and hasn’t stopped since. In March 2025, an expanded lineup including drums, double bass, saxophone and keys joined them on stage.
The songs by Flowza radiate raw emotion with a jazzy lightness and melancholic positivity and they feel like a freeing breath release. Their music is danceable and rich in musicality.
The sound of this still-young band is born from many influences: Brazilian Bossa Nova, Jazz Vocals, Hip Hop, Folk Pop, and Latin American Folklore. Catchy lyrics, atmospheric melodies, tight rhythms, a hint of melancholy, and a flowing lightness create the soundscape on which Flowza carries you through the days.
