Anna Lampert

Anna Lampert works in cultural and educational projects. Her focus is on cultural participation and diversity-conscious organizational development. She is a Steinbeiss-certified New Work process facilitator and anti-bias and diversity trainer. Her strengths lie in organizing conferences, workshops, and festivals, such as the Summer Festival of Cultures. She is driven by the motivation of self-efficacy (not her own, but that of as many people as possible). She is convinced that radical participation is the future of cultural institutions.
