Mike Schattschneider

Mike Schattschneider has been head of the Education & Outreach department at the Linden Museum since February 2019. After training as a state-certified educator, he studied cultural education. He then worked as the director of a small adult education center and as a cultural organizer in a community in the Schurwald region. He focuses on the artistic empowerment of people and their creative process and has first-hand knowledge of the problems associated with change in established cultural institutions. The basic principles of cultural education find a logical further development in the concept of the Schmetterlingshaus.
