Suffering, ecstatic, and rapturous bodies – starting with the incarnate God on the cross, Christianity has inspired art for centuries to depict body images that convey experiences such as pain, decay, but also enlightenment or even pleasure. In the State Gallery, Florentina Holzinger and City Dean Christian Hermes will meet for a panel discussion on the boundaries and physical experiences in religion and performance art. Prior to that, there will be a guided dialogue tour through the current exhibition "This is Tomorrow" with curator Susanne Kaufmann and Florentina Holzinger.

The tours will start at 4 PM and 5 PM, tickets are sold out. The panel discussion is free of charge, no registration needed.
