The Canticle of the Sun by Francis of Assisi from the early 13th century still reads vividly and topically today. In Brother Sun, Sister Moon, the stars, elements and living beings - even in death - the mystery of creation and its Creator is revealed to him.
Originally written as a song, the melody of the Canticle of the Sun was later lost. We would like to make it resound anew, spanning the arc from its time of origin to our days. Musically and in impulses we circle this cosmic hymn of praise.
