That's right: a tribute to pop music in all its facets - as a staged concert. What is pop music anyway? Where does the genre come from? And where is it going? You'll have the chance to experience a preview of this evening twice at the festival - after the summer, you'll get the whole evening in all its glitter!

Predawn Records in Concert
Before the dawn: The Stuttgart-based music label Predawn Records, founded by Laima Adelaide, Marko Mrdja and Nils Edte, specializes in ambient, hypnotic & experimental techno. It aims to bring electronic music to life - with three live DJ sets, each performed by a non-electronic acoustic musician.

The Donna Live
Clara Pazzini and Leo Schmidthals (Selig) combine pop, punk, hip hop, electronics and programmed string sounds in their queer-feminist and political band. Fulminant stage show included!

Night Songs: Relaxed Listening Session Vol. III
The Night Songs go into the next round: Clara Pazzini and Martin from JOiN play their favorite music from different genres. An exciting and relaxing listening session in the JOiN foyer. It's "pay what you want", and during the break there's the shot of the day on the house!
And if you watch the preview of Gnadenlos Atemlos on the same evening, admission is free anyway.
