Children and teenagers pay only 10 € on all seats!
Family performances
For family performances, children and young people up to 15 years accompanied by their parents, grandparents or godparents pay 10 € on all seats in the opera house. These children’s family tickets are only issued in conjunction with at least one adult family ticket. A mixture of price categories is unfortunately not possible, unless the seats are next to each other.
FAMILY INTRODUCTIONS
At all family performances in the opera house, we offer a german introduction for the whole family 45 minutes before the start in the foyer I. floor, where you can not only learn interesting facts about the production and its staging, but also get active yourself.

This season, the most famous fairy-tale opera of all time is back on the opera stage. But what if the fairy-tale forest goes up in flames? And food becomes scarce? The Gingerbread Witch promises to solve everyone’s supply problem right away. Hansel and Gretel discover that the sweets she’s handing out are made from highly questionable ingredients. But how the witch is defeated and how there’s still hope despite all the gloom – you’re best off finding that out together with your children!

Rossini tells the story of the resilience of genuine feelings without the usual elements of magic. But there is one great miracle after all: love at first sight. Not at the ball, but when the prince, disguised as a servant, inspects the potential brides in advance. Surrounding this is the madness of dreams of social advancement and scenarios of decline, which drives Rossini’s characters forward just as much as the frenzied energy of his music.

For the first time, the three cult detectives from Rocky Beach take on a case on an opera stage.

A story of growing up and love: Tamino is commissioned by the Queen of the Night to rescue her daughter Pamina, who is being held captive by Sarastro. Involuntarily, the bird-catcher Papageno is sent on Tamino’s journey. After numerous trials, Tamino and Pamina find their place in the world – as adults and as lovers.
