Vernissage: My body is a temple

Around SANCTA, extremes and various art forms come together: animation films meet opera performance, casting the theme of corporeality and sexuality in a completely new light. What does gender mean? What is it like to explore your own body? How are pain and ecstasy expressed through movement, abstract forms, and sound? In collaboration with Galerie Kernweine in Stuttgart's Marienviertel, we invite you to a film exhibition where the space between abstraction and clarity becomes palpable. The exhibition opening will be accompanied by a film talk about the featured animation films. A cozy wrap-up at the gallery's bar will naturally follow.
