Dear Audience,
Not only when all of the approximately 140 musicians of the Staatsorchester Stuttgart come together on stage, are they active for our common goals: Principal oboist Ivan Danko is also a composer, and we perform his latest work Jenseits in one of the chamber concerts. Others are involved in the "Orchestra of Change", which is an association for climate and nature protection. Once again, it is important to us to support outstanding young soloists at the beginning of their careers. Two years ago, we had a violin selection process, at the end of which we engaged the winner for one of our symphony concerts. This time we focus on wind concertos by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. As a special service this year, you can book your tickets for all symphony and chamber concerts as early as July 10. The musicians of the State Orchestra and I are looking forward to seeing you!
